To confirm any booking or service, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package value is required. This advance secures your reservation on a confirmed basis.
A binding contract comes into effect with Incredible Hotels & Resorts once your booking is confirmed and the required advance payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be cleared at least 10–15 days prior to the start of services. Bookings made within 10 working days of the service date are classified as late bookings and require full payment at the time of confirmation.
For special train journeys, premium hotels, resorts, or peak travel periods (such as Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pushkar Fair, and other high-demand dates), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Note for Credit / Debit Card Payments: A bank processing charge of 3.5% will be applicable over and above the total payable amount. All payments must be made without any deductions or withholding taxes. Any bank charges levied by the remitting or intermediary bank shall be borne by the payer. QR code payments made using credit or debit cards will also attract applicable bank charges.
Employees or representatives of Incredible Hotels & Resorts will never ask for your credit/debit card details, CVV, net banking credentials, OTPs, or request fund transfers to personal accounts. We will also never ask you to install third-party applications such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Please report any such suspicious communication immediately at info@incrediblehotelsandresorts.com.
In the event of cancellation of any travel or hospitality service, for avoidable or unavoidable reasons, written notification must be provided to us. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date the written request is received. Detailed cancellation and refund terms will be communicated as per the specific package or service booked.
